Linck and the Chatham-Kent Integrated Children’s Service (CKICS) Foundation are committed to enhancing the lives of children and youth in Chatham-Kent.

Donations made to the CKICS Foundation will benefit youth who have been in the care of Linck and who are now pursuing a post-secondary education.  Linck also accepts donations for our annual December holiday project ‘Lincking the Holidays’ and general donations to assist children and youth in the community.

Thanks to the generosity of a local family, Lucienne and Raymond Myers, a special bursary has been available in our community to recognize the extraordinary effort and potential of deserving students who have been in the care of Linck.  Having adopted two children of their own, the Myers family saw the great work that was being done by Linck (formerly, Chatham-Kent Integrated Children’s Service) and decided to give back to the organization by a bequest in their will.  The CKICS Foundation has commemorated their tremendous gift with a special yearly bursary in their memory.  In addition to general bursaries in the amount of $1,000 each, a $2,500 bursary will go to the applicant whom the Foundation Board believes has overcome the greatest obstacles and exemplifies the desire to achieve.
